• Incident & Alert Triage: List firing metric/log alerts, synthetic uptime outages, and declared incidents.
• Telemetry Queries: Query recent logs, Prometheus-compatible metric series, and distributed traces scoped to a service or trace ID.
• On-call Schedule Lookup: Check who is currently on call for the active workspace (GET /v1/on-call/schedule).
• Human-in-the-Loop Safety: Investigation tools run read-only by default; acknowledging incidents or modifying alert rules requires explicit user confirmation.
