Runbook library

On AI Teammates, the Runbook library section stores plain-text or Markdown procedures per workspace.

  • Runbook, Triage, Correlation, and Compliance teammates search these chunks (full-text) when building briefings.
  • Re-index loads the first chunk preview; paste the full body again to replace all chunks.
  • Source URL is optional metadata (wiki/Notion link) — not fetched automatically.

The console shows indexed doc/chunk counts and whether vector RAG is enabled (FTS is always on today).

API:

  • GET /v1/ai/runbooks/stats — { docCount, chunkCount, searchMode, vectorEnabled }
  • POST /v1/ai/runbooks with { title, body, source? } (write role)
  • GET /v1/ai/runbooks/search?q= — FTS hits for eval and debugging

Operator eval stub (golden set in repo): npm run eval:runbook-rag with OWLPANE_EVAL_TOKEN and indexed runbooks.
