Ingest Keys & Authentication
Owlpane authenticates all telemetry ingestion using project-scoped keys prefixed with owl_ing_.
Passing Ingest Keys
You can authenticate OTLP HTTP and JSON ingest requests using either:
Authorization: Bearer owl_ing_...x-owlpane-key: owl_ing_...
Key Rotation
Create a secondary owl_ing_* key in Setup, roll out the new key across your collectors or SDK deployments, verify incoming traffic in Usage, and revoke the old key.
