Ruby
Use OpenTelemetry Ruby with an OTLP exporter pointed at Owlpane ingest. There is no public RubyGems install path yet.

Verification
- Start the app with OTel Ruby + the env above.
- Open Logs, Metrics, or Traces in the console.
- Install a starter dashboard from Dashboards → Library.
